In order to make our mission a reality, we need your help.
If you are unable to make a financial contribution or become an event partner, please consider volunteering to make the event a reality.
In either case, we ask that you fill out the contact form of the bottom of this page letting us know what you would like to do and we will reach out to you.
We need Volunteers for:
Trash collection: This person will be responsible for collecting food waste, recycled goods and landfill waste from the six designated collection stations at the event and taking it to the dumpsters. Volunteers are also needed at dumpsters to help weigh, and document the amount of each being collected.
Security: The event will be patrolled by Reno PD. Security will be responsible for giving directions to information, bathrooms, first aid and letting patrons know they cat leave with alcohol.
Beer pourers: These volunteers are helping provide vital revenue for the event. Required to have an alcohol card.
Setup and breakdown: Must be able to lift 50lbs. Will be needed from 5:30a-9:00a and 4:45-7:00pm
Early Bird Volunteers: Arrive at 5am to help make sure no one comes in the park while we are laying out and setting up integral support booths.
We are no longer accepting Artist/vendor booths unless your product helps with our sustainability goal
