Time: Parade Starts 11:00am, Staging Starts 9:30am
Start: 9:30 am staging start from Court Street Parking Lot
Route: Follow Virginia Street North From court to 5th
Restrictions: No throwing candy or other items, no displays of discrimination or hate, entries must be PG13.
