50th Annual Graeagle Arts & Crafts Fair, Graeagle CA

Info: $300.00 for both days; no commission on sales.  All spaces are at least 10×10.  A nonrefundable $25 application fee is due with application and will be applied to your booth fee once accepted. Only handcrafted products made by the exhibitor will be accepted. Please email 3 photographs to gacf@mcn.org or your web site/etsy/facebook etc. on your application. No political or other type of advertisement allowed in booth that does not directly pertain to the artists work.

Location: Town Park, 7431 CA-89, Graeagle, CA 96103. Bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted.

Date & Time:  Saturday, July 17th  10am – 5pm  & Sunday, July 18th 10am – 4pm Your booth must be attended during all show hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN

Set up time:  Friday, July 16th 11am – 7pm & Saturday, July 17th 7am – 9am Be sure to check in at the information booth before setting up. Bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted.

Health Permit: If you are a vendor who is serving food you must contact the health department and obtain all required licensing. Their contact info will be sent to you upon acceptance to the show.

Sales tax: You must remit your own taxes for this show.

Resale Number: A California Resale Number or Temporary Sellers Permit number is required for this show. If you do not have one, you can apply online at https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/industry/temporary-sellers.htm after you have been accepted.

Security:  No security is provided. Great American Craft Fairs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended.

Pets:  There are no exhibitor pets allowed in the show.  Please leave your pets at home, as it is not fair to the animals to be stuck in a hot car or tied up for the day.  You will be asked to leave without a refund if your pets are brought into the show.  This includes during booth set up and breakdown times as well as during show hours.

Parking: Parking for exhibitors is located nearby. You will be directed to parking during the check in process. Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteed. The parking lot will not be patrolled by security so parking is at your own risk.

Refunds: At this time, Great American Craft Fairs is not issuing refunds as a result of Covid-19. In the event a show is rescheduled to 2022, all applications will automatically be rolled over.

All applications will be juried. Only handmade applications will be accepted. Great American Craft Fairs has the right to refuse service to anyone. If you do not follow the rules above, you will be asked to leave the event with no refund.
