The Great Truckee Artisans Fair, Truckee, CA
Fee: $150.00 for both days; no commission on sales. All spaces are at least 10×10. Full fee is due with application. Only handcrafted products made by the exhibitor will be allowed. Please include 3 photographs or your web site. No political or other type of advertisement allowed in booth that does not directly pertain to the artists work.
Location: Truckee River Regional Park, 10050 Brockway Rd, Truckee, CA 96161. The park has few trees; bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted.
Date & Time: Saturday, June 26th 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. & Sunday June 28=7th 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Your booth must be attended during all show hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN
Set up time: Friday, June 25th from 11:00 am- 7:00p.m. Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Be sure to check in at the information booth before setting up.
Health Permit: If you are a vendor who is serving food you must contact the health department and obtain all required licensing. Their contact info will be sent to you upon acceptance
Sales tax: You must provide the event coordinator with a copy of your CA resale Tax ID number prior to setting up at the show. You will not be permitted to set up without providing a resale number.
Security: Security will be provided at night time only. Great American Craft Fairs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended.
Pets: There are no exhibitor pets allowed in the show. Please leave your pets at home, as it is not fair to the animals to be stuck in a hot car or tied up for the day. You will be asked to leave if your pets are brought into the show. This includes during booth set up and breakdown times as well as during show hours.
Parking: Parking for exhibitors is located in a reserved lot within the park. You will be directed to parking during the check in process. Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteed. The parking lot will not be patrolled by security so parking is at your own risk.
Refunds: We must have written notice of cancellations at least 30 days prior to the event setup date for a refund. No refunds will be made after that time. Fees are not transferable to other Great American Craft Fairs events. A $25.00 processing fee is charged on all refunds.
