Art Walk on the Comstock, Virginia City, NV
Info: $150.00 for both days; no commission on sales. All spaces are at least 10×10. Full fee is due with application. Only handcrafted products made by the exhibitor will be allowed. Please include 3 photographs or your web site. No political or other type of advertisement allowed in booth that does not directly pertain to the artists work.
Location: Silverland Inn and Suites, 100 E St, Virginia City, NV 89440.
Date & Time: Saturday, August 7th 10 – 5 & Sunday, August 8th 10 – 4.
Set up time: Friday, August 6th 11-4 & Saturday, August 7th 7-9. Must be ready to open no later than 9. Be sure to check in at the information booth before setting up. Bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted. Your booth must be attended during all show hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN
Health Permit: If you are a vendor who is serving food you must contact the health department and obtain all required licensing. Their contact info will be sent to you upon acceptance to the show.
Sales tax: You will be provided with a tax form upon check in at the show. All sales tax will be due before you are permitted to break down your booth unless a NEVADA sales tax certificate is provided to the promotor.
Business License: A City of Reno business license is required for this show. If you do not have one, a temporary will be issued to you at check in for $20.
Security: Security will be provided at night time only. Great American Craft Fairs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended.
Pets: There are no exhibitor pets allowed in the show. Please leave your pets at home, as it is not fair to the animals to be stuck in a hot car or tied up for the day. You will be asked to leave if your pets are brought into the show. This includes during booth set up and breakdown times as well as during show hours.
Parking: Parking for exhibitors is located nearby. You will be directed to parking during the check in process. Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteed. The parking lot will not be patrolled by security so parking is at your own risk.
Refunds: We must have written notice of cancellations at least 30 days prior to the event setup date for a refund. No refunds will be made after that time. Fees are not transferable to other Great American Craft Fairs events. A $25.00 processing fee is charged on all refunds.
All applications will be juried. Only handmade applications will be accepted. Great American Craft Fairs has the right to refuse service to anyone. If you do not follow the rules above, you will be asked to the event with no refund.
