Please fill out the following vendor application in full. Once accepted, you will be emailed all important show information including setup, rules, etc.
All non approved applications will be refunded in full within 30 days of rejected application.

• Non-Refundable Application Fees: You understand that application fees are non-refundable for any reason, and any rollovers are solely at the discretion of the show promoter.
• Liability Waiver: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Great American Craft Fairs, its employees, contractors, volunteers, and associates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that may arise from your participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
• Compliance with Rules and Right of Removal: You agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Great American Craft Fairs. You acknowledge that Great American Craft Fairs reserves the right to ask you to leave the event at any time for any reason deemed necessary by the show promoter, including but not limited to non-compliance with event policies, inappropriate behavior, or actions that could endanger other participants or the public. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• Representation and Responsibility for Damages: You agree that if the exhibitor’s work is not accurately represented in submitted photographs, Great American Craft Fairs reserves the right to request the exhibitor’s immediate departure from the event, without refund. The undersigned assumes full responsibility for any damages to the area used during the event and agrees to leave the event area in the condition it was provided.
• Insurance and Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to carry appropriate insurance coverage for any liability or risks associated with your participation. You assume all risks of participation, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage, and waive any claims against Great American Craft Fairs and its affiliates for any incidents arising from inherent event risks.
• Force Majeure and Schedule Adjustments: You understand that Great American Craft Fairs reserves the right to change event dates, modify schedules, or cancel events entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, road closures, government regulations, or other extraordinary events. In such cases, Great American Craft Fairs shall not be held liable for any associated losses or inconveniences.
