Art Walk on the Comstock, Virginia City, NV
Info: $200.00 for both days; no commission on sales. All spaces are at least 10×10. a $25 nonrefundable application fee is due with application – this fee is included in the booth fee. Only handcrafted products made by the exhibitor will be allowed. No political or other type of advertisement allowed in booth that does not directly pertain to the artists work. Once Accepted, an invoice will be sent to you.

Location: NEW LOCATION, C St(main highway), Virginia City, NV 89440. From Sutton St to Taylor St
Date & Time: Saturday, August 24th 10 – 5 & Sunday, August 25th 10 -4. As we are located on the Main Street, please plan to stay open Saturday if we are still busy due to a dinner crowd.
Set up time: Saturday, August 24th 6:30-9:30 Must be ready to open no later than 10. Be sure to check in at the information booth before setting up. Bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted. Your booth must be attended during all show hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN We have removed Friday setup due to unnecessary security and wind expenses.
Wind: Please be advised of 50mph+ winds at night. We recommend breaking down your canopy, or removing your top. Always weigh down securing to both the top, and legs during show hours. Do not leave solid panels up at night. You can also rent canopies from us which will be setup and weighed down in your space when you arrive.
Health Permit: If you are a vendor who is serving food you must contact the health department and obtain all required licensing. Their contact info will be sent to you upon acceptance to the show.
Sales tax: You will be provided with a tax form upon check in at the show. All sales tax will be due before you are permitted to break down your booth unless a NEVADA sales tax certificate is provided to the promotor.
Business License: A Storey County business license is required for this show. If you do not have one, a temporary will be issued to you at check in for $15.
Security: Great American Craft Fairs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended.
Pets: There are no exhibitor pets allowed in the show. Please leave your pets at home, as it is not fair to the animals to be stuck in a hot car or tied up for the day. You will be asked to leave if your pets are brought into the show. This includes during booth set up and breakdown times as well as during show hours.
Parking: Parking for exhibitors is located nearby. You will be directed to parking during the check in process. Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteed. The parking lot will not be patrolled by security so parking is at your own risk.
Refunds: At this time, Great American Craft Fairs is not issuing refunds. In the event a show is rescheduled to 2025, all applications will automatically be rolled over.
All applications will be juried. Only handmade applications will be accepted. Great American Craft Fairs has the right to refuse service to anyone. If you do not follow the rules above, you will be asked to the event with no refund.
