Great American Craft Fairs Fall Festival, Reno, NV

Picturesquely located on the Truckee River in Reno, NV, The Great American Craft Fair will return to the lawns of the historic Mckinley School. We promise to break the norm on Arts & Crafts Fairs with this fall themed event. On display will be Jewelry, paintings, Mosaics, photography, wood working, ceramics, yard art, household decor, wearables, needle felting, macrame, crafts and so much more! All hand crafted, right here in America! At the center of it all: A fall themed Car show open to all makes and models, a pumpkin patch, gourd tossing contest, fall beers, ciders and more. Grab a locally brewed beer or wine and sip while you shop, listen to music, eat lunch or simply hang out with the family.There is something for everyone, and more, at The Great American Craft Fair.

Info: $200.00 for both days; no commission on sales.  All spaces are at least 10×10.  a $25 nonrefundable application fee is due with application – this fee will go towards you booth fee. Only handcrafted products made by the exhibitor will be allowed. Do not apply if your products are not hand made by you as your application fee will not be returned when your application is rejected. Please include a link to your web site, online store, social media or email 3 photos to gacfoffice@gmail.com . No political or other type of advertisement allowed in booth that does not directly pertain to the artists work. Once Accepted, an invoice will be sent to you.

Location: Mckinley Park, 925 Riverside Dr, Reno, NV 89503.

Date & Time:  Saturday, September 30th  10 – 5, Sunday, October 1st 10 – 4.

Check in and Set up time:  You must check in during the times below and can set up your items any time before 9 am Saturday morning. Friday, September 29th 11 – 7 Saturday, September 30th 7 – 8. Must be fully set up and ready to open no later than 9. Be sure to check in at the information booth before setting up. Bring a canopy to provide shade if accepted. Your booth must be attended during all show hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN If you don’t have a canopy, please email gacfoffice@mcn.org to inquire about rentals.

Health Permit: If you are a vendor who is serving food you must contact the health department and obtain all required licensing. Their contact info will be sent to you upon acceptance to the show.

Sales tax: You will be provided with a tax form upon check in at the show. All sales tax will be due before you are permitted to break down your booth unless a NEVADA sales tax certificate is provided to the promotor.

Business License: A City of Reno business license is required for this show. If you do not have one, a temporary will be issued to you at check in for $20.

Security:  Security will be provided at night time only. Great American Craft Fairs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended.

Pets:  There are no exhibitor pets allowed in the show.  Please leave your pets at home, as it is not fair to the animals to be stuck in a hot car or tied up for the day.  You will be asked to leave if your pets are brought into the show.  This includes during booth set up and breakdown times as well as during show hours.

Parking: Parking for exhibitors is located nearby. You will be directed to parking during the check in process. Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteed. The parking lot will not be patrolled by security so parking is at your own risk. Trailers can be parked on in the site parking lot.

Refunds: Full refund up to 30 days prior to the event for any reason. After 30 days booth fees are not refundable or transferable. In the event of a date change, a full refund will be issued if the new dates do not work for you. No refunds will be issued in the case of a natural disaster, bad weather including but not limited to rain, snow, wind, road closures, covid closures, etc.

All applications will be juried. Only handmade applications will be accepted. Great American Craft Fairs has the right to refuse service to anyone. If you do not follow the rules above, you will be asked to the event with no refund.
