We are excited to invite you to participate in the Holiday Lights Festival, taking place at the City Plaza/Virginia Street Bridge in Reno, NV on November 29th and 30th from 4 PM to 9 PM. This event is free of charge for all regional artisans!

About the Event:
The Holiday Lights Festival unites regional artisans and food and drink vendors to create an unforgettable experience for Reno’s residents during our annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Alongside the artisan marketplace, food truck garden, and holiday ale fest, we aim to illuminate the downtown corridor and provide entertainment to kick off the Christmas season. While artisans enjoy complimentary booth space, attendees will benefit from free photos with Santa, free train rides, free entertainment, and much more.

How It Works:
To secure your booth space, a $100 deposit is required with your application. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Your deposit will be returned to your original payment method upon the successful completion of the event on Saturday evening.
We offer both 10×10 booth spaces in the square and tabling spaces inside the Village canopy. All applications will be juried, and only handmade art, craft, and food vendors will be accepted. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded. The jury process takes 5-7 business days from the date of application. Event information, check-in details, and other pertinent information will be emailed to you upon acceptance.
Limited power will be provided; however, vendors must bring a minimum 25-foot 3-prong extension cord to reach the junction boxes. Additionally, vendors are required to bring at least one strand of lights for their booth. A 10-foot strand of lights will be provided by the promoter and hung on the front of your booth prior to the event opening.

Food Trucks:
Food trucks will incur no space charge; however, a 20% commission on sales will be due to the promoter at the end of each event day. Please note: Cocoa sales are restricted to our exclusive vendor only.

Rentals:
Rentals will be available for this event, and any rented items will be in your space before your arrival. Rental fees are as follows:
10×10 Canopy with Weights: $100
Weights Only: $30
Canopy Sidewalls: $15
8′ Table: $20
6′ Table: $18
Two Chairs: $10
Extension Cord: $20

if you do not possess one, you are required to purchase a temporary permit for $30 please click the box below. If you do not pay now, you will be charged $50 for a temporary at the event.
